Neurorehabilitative Services
Barrow Neurorehabilitative Services offers unparalleled rehabilitative care for individuals with brain and spinal cord diseases, injuries, and conditions. The primary goal of Barrow neurorehabilitation specialists is to help patients enhance their quality of life through improved skills, maximized independence, and renewed self-esteem.
Adult and pediatric patients may receive rehabilitative therapy in an acute inpatient setting, in the inpatient rehabilitation unit, through the Center for Transitional Neurorehabilitation, or in an outpatient rehabilitation program. Eleven neurorehabilitation programs at Barrow have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF), an organization that accredits rehabilitation facilities in the United States and around the world.
